ABOUT THE MOVEMENT

This movement is about YOU. So much transformation is occurring in the yoga world today and you are a key part of it. You are living and practicing at a highly needful and very exciting time. A time of ever-widening polarization, where impacts on each other, the earth, and our communities seem to be bigger and bigger. You are so needed in this practice at this very moment. You are here to create CHANGE.

What might it feel and look like to create and cultivate spaces of true belonging?

You may love yoga, and want to learn the true foundations of it so that you can practice with integrity and intention. You may feel that yoga has been exclusive. And you are committed to living the value of inclusivity by ensuring that people know they can access yoga and wellness and that it will celebrate diversity of all kinds: colour, size, gender, sexualities, abilities, religion, creed, values, and in all ways

You may feel compelled to be of service, and have a soul or heart call to integrate yoga authentically into your life to help you show up for yourself, your family, students, colleagues, friends, and your community.

This movement is YOU. It honors the true commitment to inclusivity that is a practice just like yoga. Inclusivity for all of us, the magical unicorns and the everyday people. For those who haven't been included and who need to be. For those who feel welcome and accepted, but know that we won’t find or create yoga as union until more and more of us are here together.
